50g oats
1 medium ripe banana
2 large eggs
1 tsp olive oil

Method
Pop the oats in a blender and whizz together until they have the consistency of flour.
Peel the banana and add to the blender. Break the eggs and add to the blender.
Blend until you have a smooth lump-free mixture.
Brush a frying pan with oil and heat over a medium heat. Add spoonful’s of the mixture to make mini pancakes. Gently cook for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles start to appear, then carefully flip over the pancakes and cook on the other side until golden. Remove from the pan and repeat in batches until all the mixture is used up.
Serve whole, or cut pancakes into strips for younger babies.
